States I've been to...

I love Google, I really do. And my love for them is increasing by the day, cause of all the cool apps they keep coming up with so regularly. Since I was/am new in Boston, I literally live off of Google Maps for restaurants, businesses, directions, and I love the "Send to phone" feature, no more looking for a piece of paper and a pencil to jot down the number of the restaurant you'll be going to for dinner. And next time when someone asks you for a bootlegged version of Office, you can just direct them to Google Docs, not only can they view/edit Office documents here, but they can save them online too. So, even if you don't have Office on a particular machine where you need to make some last minute changes to your resume, for example, don't fret and go to Google Docs.

Also, is it just me or downloading a picture attachment from Yahoo mail actually does take like 5 clicks??? What's up with that, huh? Google mail, Gmail rocks here as well. You can download all of the picture attachments by clicking "Download all attachments" or view all by "View all". Simple enough, right? And the Search mail feature which Gmail pioneered is a killer in and of itself, which Yahoo mail and apparently Hotmail as well implemented later. Plus with all of this, who else gives you 2G's worth of storage for free?

As for Google search results, I don't need to say anything. You know it's working well when the people end up adding your company's name to the dictionary synonymous with search. Many a times you'd hear geeks saying "google it", meaning search for it on Google.

Going back to Google Maps, you can create your own maps based on what's significant to you. I just created one, check it out :)

Rock on Google!!!
