BodyWorlds

I went to see the BodyWorlds exhibition this evening at the Museum of Science, and let me tell you, it was awesome. Some people consider it too graphic or gross, but for me it was captivating. It was a great learning experience to actually see what lies underneath your skin. Also, they had real body parts on exhibit showing aging or wear and tear. For example, lungs of a smoker, lungs of a worker at a coal mine, brain of a person who had a hemorrhage etc. There are real cadavers that have been preserved by a process called Plastination. If the exhibit comes to your town, I highly recommend it.
