I went for Sushi after work today, and had some of the best Sushi here at this place called Sui Shaya. It's located right in Chinatown. They've got your usual suspects, you know the California roll and all, but they've got some new rolls which are inspired by the city. For example I tried the Boston Maki, it was great. Also, there's this thing called the Red Sox roll, which is really fancy looking, you don't wanna eat it since the Chef makes it look so pretty. I also tried Pier 4 Maki. Boston Maki gets two thumbs up from me. I know I'm going there again soon.
